As a Property Lawyer of many years’ standing, it was a natural progression for Mark to move into residential development. His focus has been around South Bucks, particularly Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross. Over the last 10 years, he has undertaken a variety of projects, always using high quality materials and always striving to build to a specification which exceeds that of other bespoke developers. Mark is proud of every house that he has built!
With his background in property law, Mark has often involved himself in sites with covenant or rights of way issues and has been successful in achieving value for landowners where other developers have chosen not to tread.
