Over the past few years, Mark has also been involved in the promotion of land, in conjunction with the emergence of new plans from local councils to meet future housing need in their areas. He has directed and led a complex and lengthy process involving teams of planning consultants, master planners, landscape architects, transport consultants, legal and other professionals, with the overall objective of achieving much enhanced land values.
